The payment method for new build is:

• € 10,000 to reserve the plot. In the reservation you must state a term for signing the contract.
• 8% upon signing the deposit contract (at this time the delivered amount can be deducted from the reservation of the plot).
• 30% at the time of granting the building permit (purchase of plot and start of construction)
• 25% after completion of the structure.
• 17% upon completion of the external enclosures.
• 18% until the completion of pliers in kitchen and bathrooms.
• 2% at the end of the work and delivery of the keys.
