U-shaped villa on 1 level with courtyard, spacious living room (66 m2) including an open kitchen and large sliding windows to a covered terrace and the courtyard, master bedroom with dressing room and en-suite bathroom. Also included is an entrance hall with cloakroom, a kitchen utility room, guest bathroom, home office or guest bedroom, 2 bedrooms, family bathroom, laundry room, double garage and utility room

Please note that our current prices are subject to the highly fluctuating cost of construction materials. You can adapt the plans to your wishes and receive a closed quotation before signing an agreement.

This price does not include a plot. We can help you find the right plot and build this villa or a custom villa completely to your wishes from Altea (Costa Blanca) to Murcia/Cartagena (Costa Calida).

There is also the option to add a cellar, swimming pool, outdoor kitchen etc. at an extra cost
