This price does not include a plot. We can help you find the right plot for you and can build this villa or a custom villa completely to your wishes from Altea (Costa Blanca) to Murcia/Cartagena (Costa Calida).

There is also the option to add a cellar, swimming pool, outdoor kitchen etc. at an extra cost
