This new residential complex will be developed on a lot of 5.600 square metres, and consists of a total of 37 multi-family properties and 2 single-family semi-detached properties. The 37 properties count with 79 parking spaces on 2 levels, and also have 9 parking spaces for motos. Also, each property will have a storage room, which makes 37 of them.
The layout is of linear block. The entire residencial complex will have 5 entrances, a lower/ground floor, and 3 more levels, the 3rd one being the loft. All the upper apartments have acces to a private area (solarium).
